The Carrefour group was already using an HR Access tool prior to 2004 although this was for general administrative tasks rather than managing or assessing employee performance.
Right now, HR Access manages everything relating to payroll, training, HR management and recruiting, structure management and performance management. This means that all the tools used by the HR Department at Carrefour Spain are based on the same platform.
